Where are your branches?

Are all your products locally made? 

Most items are locally made but we also carry imported items like supplies and tools which are hard to find in the Philippines. 

 

Do you accept custom or bulk orders?

For some products, yes. Just email us at shop@commonroomph.com so we can direct you to the supplier who can provide these services for you. Since our partners are constantly changing, we do not have a catalogue of all our suppliers and their products. Best to have an idea of what you want to order so we can help you.

Do you gift wrap?

Unfortunately, we don’t gift wrap. As much as possible, we wrap all orders in upcycled / biodegradable packaging. We do have gift wrapping tools and supplies online if you’d like to DIY!

 

How long does shipping take?

For order shipping, please give us up to 3 to 10 business days if you reside within Metro Manila and 10 to 21 business days for those outside Metro Manila.

What is your return and exchange in stores? 

 

What is your return and exchange policy on the web shop?

Non-defective web shop items

Unlike in stores, we will not accommodate refund and exchange for non-defective web shop orders in accordance to DTI Rules and Regulations. 

Defective items before shipping

We will only accept refund and exchange for web shop items provided that:

  1. Products are clearly damaged before shipping.
  2. Request for refund/exchange has been made within 5 business days after receiving your order.
  3. Products remain unused and can be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Common Room PH will shoulder shipping costs to and from your residence for faulty items to be exchanged. Refunds do not include shipping costs. 

Defective items for reasons not due to our error

Common Room PH will not be held liable for any failure, delay, loss, and damage of products while in transit or for reasons not due to our error. No refund will be accommodated in these situations. We can accommodate return and exchange of the same item but shipping costs will be shouldered by client. 

 

I have a question about a product or a brand partner… 

If you have specific questions about each product, we will be happy to direct you to our partner brand so he or she can answer your questions more thoroughly. Please give them a few days to respond. If you haven’t gotten any after a week, just let us know so we can help you follow up.

FUR BABIES STORE POLICY

Common Room PH welcomes responsible pet owners and their fur babies inside our homes provided the following house rules are observed: 

1. When available, pet should wear a diaper and should be inside a stroller, basket, carrier, or jumper.

2. ⁠If unavailable and if possible, pet should be hand carried instead.

3. Big pets that can’t be carried should wear a leash at all times.  

4. Tables are for common use by both pet and non-pet owners. When sitting, kindly place pets on your lap and carriers on the floor or chair beside you. 

5. Pet owners should keep their pets under control and should be aware of their proximity to other pets and guests. 

7. Staff are expected to welcome all pet owners and their fur babies cordially regardless of size and breed. They are, however, not trained to handle pets and therefore, prohibited from assisting, petting, and handling your fur babies with their needs. 

8. Pet owners are fully responsible for any mess/damage/injury caused by their pets to the store property, staff, or customers. 

9. For pet owners visiting Common Room PH Mess Studio which serves light snacks, the following pet policies must also be observed:

• Only a maximum of 4 pets are allowed inside at any given time. 
• ⁠Chairs will be provided outside for pet owners who are willing to wait for others to exit the store premises.  
• ⁠Parents and their fur babies shall be seated at the far end of the cafe to keep a safe distance from the counter where food and drinks are prepared. Staff will assist pet owners with their needs and orders.
• ⁠If available, tables, chairs, and fan can be set-up by the staff for pet owners who would like to eat, read, and hang out outside the store. Staff will also be on standby to assist and take their orders.

WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?

Here at Common Room PH, we value your privacy! All personal info collected and stored in our database is used only to further improve our customer’s shopping experience. We do not store bank or credit card info. We use Paypal, Dragonpay and Paymongo gateway system to ensure security on your online transaction.
