Return & Exchange
Before sending out our babies into the world, we make sure to properly check, pack and secure your orders. However, sometimes delivery mishaps are unavoidable. Transport can be tough especially in this hellish Manila traffic!
No refund and order changes will be processed for orders without any faulty item or stock mishap.
If in case you received an item that is damaged or faulty, you may opt to file a refund/exchange request within (7) seven business days upon receipt of the order. Once approved, refund may be in the form of item exchange, store credits or full cash paid. For exchanges, it must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Sadly, we cannot cover for shipping charges paid once returned to us.
