Ah the beauty of the digital world, it never sleeps! Which means, more hoarding potential! Yes, you can place your orders anytime and email your inquiries 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

But please note that as crafters, our hands are also busy making (and cramming) our handcrafted products so please be patient with us. We’ll do our best to reply to you ASAP. *pinky swear*



We accept payments via Dragonpay (Online, Offline and Mobile Payments), Paypal Express, Paymongo - Credit, Debit and GCashShipping and handling fees are computed upon checkout. Also, please take note that we will not be shipping out items without payment confirmation. Hope you understand!

For clients choosing to pay via Dragonpay (for non-online bank transfers), you may choose to:

  1. View payment instructions online. Make sure to save the instructions by taking a screenshot, bookmarking or printing the page
  2. Send payment instructions to your email or mobile phone after ordering.

Payments are confirmed by Dragonpay and Paymongo's system within 24 hours. Once confirmed, we'll begin processing your order ASAP. Yey, exciting!



Shipping Time and Mode

Our hands are working non-stop to give you quality handmade products so please give us up to  4 to 7 business days for shipping if you reside within Metro Manila and 7 to 15 business days for Store Pick-up and Provincial. 

Note: Orders with Custom and Made-to-Order items may take longer depending on the item/s purchased.

When packages are picked up from our warehouse, you will receive an electronic love letter from us regarding the status of your order & its tracking number, if any. All our provincial shipments are handled by J&T via Shipmates and can be tracked from their page. As for Metro Manila orders, we will either deliver via our personal rider or other courier services, unless stated otherwise.

DISCLAIMER: Kindly expect possible delays in the shipment of your package due to weather conditions, courier issues, holiday season (i.e. Christmas) and the like.

Shipping and Handling Cost

Shipping is calculated on a "per order", "per item", "per size" or "per kilo" basis and is based on the shipping option you select.

  • Delivery/Shipping Fee: Php 170 - Php 380, depending on item size and weight.
    • Disclaimer: Fees may increase up to Php 740 or more, due to package size and weight considerations - J&T shipping fees applies.
  • Store Pick-up Handling Fee: Php 50, for pick-up in Power Plant Mall. Note that the goods will be coming from our warehouse so kindly wait for the email confirming that it is ready at the store before scheduling your visit.

There maybe instances where some packages are delayed, rerouted or lost during shipping. To avoid any problems with your delivery, kindly double check your shipping address and contact details. No typos, missing letters, mixed up numbers etc. Oh, adding landmarks can definitely help so please include this in check-out!
