Ah the beauty of the digital world, it never sleeps! Which means, more hoarding potential! Yes, you can place your orders anytime and email your inquiries 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

But please note that as crafters, our hands are also busy making (and cramming) our handcrafted products so please be patient with us. We’ll do our best to reply to you asap. *pinky swear*



We accept payments via BPI/BDO Cash Deposit, Online Fund Transfer, or Paypal. Shipping and handling fees are already included upon checkout. Also, please take note that we will not be shipping out items without payment confirmation. Hope you understand!

For clients choosing to pay via bank deposit, please email us a photo of your transaction to for payment confirmation. Allow 24-48 hours for us to confirm your payment. Once confirmed, we'll begin processing your order ASAP. Yey, exciting!

Oh if you want, you can also pick-up your orders from any of our three branches. Payment is still required before pick-up to secure reservation of items.

Our hands are working non-stop to give you quality handmade products so please give us 10 business days for shipping if you reside within Metro Manila and 14 business days for deliveries outside Metro Manila.

Upon completion of your payment, you will receive an electronic love letter from us regarding the status of your order & its tracking number. 



There maybe instances where some packages are delayed, rerouted or lost during shipping. To avoid any problems with your delivery, kindly double check your shipping address and contact details. No typos, missing letters, mixed up numbers etc. Oh, adding landmarks can help too!

In case you experience any shipping problems, please email and we will do our best to assist you.



Before sending out our babies into the world, we make sure to properly check, pack and secure your orders. However, sometimes delivery mishaps are unavoidable. Transport can be tough especially in this hellish Manila traffic! Not to mention the torrential floods! OMG!

If in case you received an item that is damaged or faulty, you may opt to file a refund/exchange request within (7) seven business days upon receipt of the order. Once approved, refund may be in the form of store credits or full cash paid. For exchanges, it must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Sadly, we cannot cover for shipping charges paid once returned to us.

Please note that all sales are final for personalization and custom orders.



We’re always happy meeting our shoppers! So if you prefer to have your orders picked up at any of our three branches then we’ll be happy to accommodate your request! Just a word of caution, you might end up buying more if you drop by the shop. Kindly check our store hours for your visit.



Most items are locally made but we admit that we also carry imported items like supplies and tools which are hard to find in the Philippines. The shop caters to DIY enthusiasts as well so we try to accommodate their needs too. 

For custom orders, just email us at so we can direct you to the supplier who can provide these services for you. However, we don’t have a catalogue of all our suppliers so best to have an idea already of what you want to order first so we can help you.

We don’t gift wrap! But we do have wrappers and tools to help you DIY!

For damaged goods bought at the shop, please present the item personally at the shop within 2 weeks so we can exchange it to a similar item or similarly priced product! No cash refund for items.

If you have specific questions about each product, we will be happy to direct you to our partner brand so he or she can answer your questions more thoroughly. Please give them a few days to respond. If you haven’t gotten any after a week, just let us know so we can help you follow up.

Please don’t get mad if you emailed partners directly and have failed to get responses from them! Common Room does not handle their brand accounts! Our partner brands are separate businesses who have unique systems in place for their online businesses.
